Payment terms
• Deposit: 30% of total project cost, due before work begins.
• Progress Payment (if applicable): 40% of total project cost, due halfway through the project.
• Final Payment: 30% of total project cost, due upon completion and client approval.
Payments can be made by cash, e-transfer, or other approved methods.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start.
Deposits may be non-refundable if materials are purchased.
